LCoGS outlines six indicators for integrating SAO services into a country's healthcare system through National Surgical Obstetrics and Anesthesia Plans (NSOAPs). In Ethiopia, surgical services progress lacks evaluation. This study assesses current Ethiopian surgical capacity using the LCoGS NSOAPs framework.
