This paper proposes an innovative blockchain-based peer-to-peer energy trading framework that integrates carbon credits to encourage low-carbon energy management. By utilizing an asymmetric Nash bargaining model, the framework ensures the joint settlement of electrical energy and carbon credits, which guarantees a fair distribution of profits among participating microgrids. The paper features an improved alternating direction method of multipliers algorithm to improve the convergence rate of the Nash bargaining problem's solution. The study introduces a blockchain platform, developed utilizing Hyperledger Fabric, which institutes a decentralized architecture to enhance the reliability and efficiency of energy distribution. Embedded smart contracts within this platform enable automated market clearing and maintain the integrity of transactions. The case study demonstrates the integration of carbon credits acts as a pivotal incentive for the adoption of clean energy. Assigning bargaining power based on each microgrid's contribution leads to an equitable allocation of profits. Additionally, the improved algorithm substantially enhances the speed of convergence.
