Brain tumors are a critical health concern, often requiring timely diagnosis and intervention. In this study, we propose a novel approach for the automated detection and segmentation of brain tumors from medical images using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs).The primary objective is to assist medical professionals in the early and accurate diagnosis of brain tumors, enabling prompt medical treatment and improved patient outcomes. Our research leverages a dataset of brain MRI scans, carefully annotated to indicate the presence and location of tumors. We employ a state-of-the-art CNN architecture, tailored for medical image analysis. The CNN model, based on the U-Net architecture, is trained to learn intricate patterns and features within brain images that are indicative of tumor presence. The training process involves optimizing the network's parameters to maximize the accuracy of tumor detection and segmentation. The application of Convolutional Neural Networks for brain tumor detection represents a promising advancement in medical imaging. The accuracy and efficiency of the proposed model make it a valuable tool for assisting healthcare providers in the early identification of brain tumors, ultimately contributing to better patient outcomes.
