Background: To mitigate the cosmetic defect associated with parotidectomy, dermofat grafts have been utilized to restore the contour of the face and reduce complications such as salivary leak and Frey's syndrome. This study aimed to investigate post-operative cosmetic satisfaction and complications rates associated with this method in limited parotidectomies for benign tumours.
