The article considers the problem of continuous control of technological parameters for effective management of oil fields while reducing material and economic costs. A measuring complex has been developed for continuous control of the main parameters of oil well production (water content and fluid flow rate) directly inside the tubing string. The method of real time monitoring of water-oil mixture flow parameters is based on the indirect method of determining the characteristics of the medium flowing through the upper section of tubing string by means of two methods: dielectric permeability control of the medium with a capacitive sensor and density control of the medium with a differential manometer. The results of conversion of measurements of percentage of water in the water-oil mixture were used in algorithms for obtaining values of moisture content and velocity of medium movement. As a result of researches it has been revealed that the developed measuring complex possesses acceptable accuracy of measurements of volumetric liquid flow rate. The use of algorithms for obtaining values of moisture content and velocity of medium movement provides the required accuracy and speed of obtaining measurement results required for practical application.
