Construction of the Monitoring and Analysis Model for University Students' Mental Health Based on Machine Learning

Paying attention to the mental health of university students has become one of the vital tasks of universities, and the traditional psychological monitoring and analysis mechanism can no longer meet the needs of universities. Based on the regression and evaluation model in machine learning, a monitoring and analysis model for university students' mental health was constructed, which evaluated the students' mental health status and gave reference opinions through simulation. Combined with examples, the scientific feasibility of the model is successfully verified. The results show that this model has high efficiency, low cost and strong pertinence, which can effectively distinguish students with different mental health states and get rid of the limitations of traditional mechanism. This model provides a reference for the optimization of psychological monitoring and analysis mechanism for university students in China.
