Ted Talks as a Means of Grammar Skills Improvement Among Students of Pedagogical Universities

Today students’ motivation of the pedagogical universities through new technical means, forms and methods is pivotal in the process of preparing students for teacher’s profession at school. The teacher’s task is to increase the students’ interest and inclusion in English practice grammar education. It is exactly the TED talk media resource that becomes the means that can solve the purpose of the discipline, namely, the formation of grammatical skills of speech in English for students. Due to its novelty and relevance the TED talk media resource helps to increase the internal motivation of students and makes the process of improving grammatical skills more effective. The author proposes a set of communicative exercises to improve grammar skills based on TED talk technology.
