Purpose. To develop treatment tactics for retinal angiomatosis in Lindau – von Hippel disease, and the possibility of surgical treatment in retinal detachment. Subjects and methods. A patient with Lindau – von Hippel disease underwent intravitreal administration of angiogenesis inhibitors followed by laser coagulation of the angiomatous node. As the disease progressed, endovitreal intervention was performed. Results and discussion. As a result of the treatment, an anatomical result was obtained with preservation of visual functions. Conclusions. Patients with Lindau – von Hippel angiomatosis require dynamic monitoring at least once a year to identify signs of disease progression in time and carry out treatment.
