For the first time in the conditions of the Black Sea zone of the Krasnodar Territory (Ch2), the influence of the load of bushes with shoots on growth processes, productivity, quality of grapes and wine produced from the Alcor variety was studied. The studies were conducted in 2020-2022. The field experiment included three experimental options for loading bushes with shoots: 1) 100.000 shoots per hectare; 2) 120.000 shoots per hectare; 3) 140.000 shoots per hectare. The results obtained during the study allowed us to determine the optimal load of bushes with shoots for the Alcor variety, which provides a balance of growth and productivity, high quality of grapes and wine – 120.000 shoots per hectare (or 36 shoots per bush with a planting scheme of 3.0?1.0 m). This load provides sufficient annual growth of vines, obtaining 5.1 kg of high-quality grapes from a bush for the production of wine materials with a tasting score of at least 8.1 points.
