This article aims to comprehensively summarize and study the modeling methods for naval warfare simulation, with a focus on exploring the construction methods of conceptual models, mathematical models, rule models and engineering models. Detailed analysis was conducted for mathematics modeling based on strict mathematical theory, statistical experiments, semi-empirical and semi-theoretical approaches, and reinforcement learning method. We also analyzed three types of modeling methods for rule models: production rules, fuzzy rules, and confidence rules. The article provides a detailed analysis of the applicability of various modeling methods. The research conclusions have certain reference value for the engineering application of naval simulation modeling.
