The Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) is the networking of various intelligent devices to smoothen industrial operations like manufacturing and SCM etc. The use of IIoT networks is increasing day by day in any industry to ease the manufacturing process or its various related tasks. IIoT systems are being expanded everywhere from agriculture to medicine. As IIoT expands, new security aspects emerge day by day. Therefore, the main risk associated with Industrial IoT systems is to provide security against botnet attacks on all the connected devices. We need to develop an approach that can secure all IoT/IIoT infrastructure from botnet attacks. In this context, securing IoT devices and their entire network is important to preserve data and privacy. To enhance security against botnet attacks, artificial intelligence with machine learning is a vital solution.
