In this research, a high voltage gain, dual output DC-DC converter is established for Electric Vehicle (EV) charging application. The proposed converter configuration comprises a single input and dual outputs featuring different voltage levels, achieved through the integration of one inductor, three capacitors, two MOSFETs and four diodes. In addition, the converter operation performs high voltage gain with optimal component count, which supports level-3 DC fast charging for EV application that is one output port is capable of supplying 400 V, while the other output port supplies 800 V which is double of first output port voltage. The operational modes and steady-state investigation of the proposed converter is detailed in this paper. Finally, a simulation investigation with 48 V input voltage, and 400 V output voltage-1, 800 V output voltage-2, and total output power of 15 kW is carried out in the PSIM simulation platform to test the performance of developed converter for EV charging application.
