This paper proposes a PMU measurement network configuration method based on maximum power disjoint routing to address the high cost and poor flexibility of Cyber-Physical System (CPS) in power-side fault defense. Additionally, a mathematical optimization model is formulated with the objective of minimizing the power intersection degree based on routing. Furthermore, a heuristic algorithm is designed to solve the optimization problem. In light of the economic and reliable aspects of the PMU measurement network, this study establishes an optimization configuration model for the PMU measurement network. Additionally, an improved genetic algorithm is designed to effectively solve this model. Simulation experiments demonstrate that the methodology presented in this paper has the capability to significantly enhance the observability of the power grid following a fault event, while also bolstering the resilience of power CPS with minimal resource allocation.
