With the development of information digitization, the target requirements of performance management systems are constantly being optimized. In response to the gradual expansion of business operations in current enterprises, the architecture model based on computer-aided technology can effectively respond to the increasingly complex enterprise performance management system. This article studies the design of an enterprise performance information management system using the MVC (Model View Controller) architecture pattern. Through a questionnaire survey and simulation experiment analysis of the performance system, combined with the optimization of enterprise performance management evaluation indicators, the following conclusion is drawn: Enterprise managers have a higher satisfaction rating for the performance information management system using the MVC architecture pattern, and the return rate on enterprise production and operation is 16% higher than traditional performance management methods. This study provides practical guidance for enterprises, promotes the digital transformation of performance management, and strengthens the scientificity and efficiency of business decision-making.
