This study comprehensively sorts out the main tower foundation types used in overhead transmission line projects with voltage levels of 35kV and above, and then deduces the carbon emission calculation model and theoretical calculation formula in the construction stage of power grid projects according to the "Building Carbon Emission Calculation Standard" (GB/T 51366-2019). By selecting four common foundation types (step foundation and excavation foundation) and construction schemes (manual excavation and mechanical excavation) of overhead transmission line engineering, the total carbon dioxide emission in the construction process is calculated and compared. Finally, the results of comparative analysis can provide a reference for future construction enterprises and construction management units to scientifically and reasonably choose construction schemes. The research results have important reference significance and application value for supporting the green, low-carbon and energy-saving development of power grid engineering.
