The Smart Routing Bus Transportation system introduces Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology to optimize efficiency and security within rural terminals. Each passenger is equipped with an RFID card containing updated information stored on a micro-controller. When approaching the terminal gate, the RFID reader swiftly verifies the card's status. Should the card be updated, the gate smoothly opens, facilitating seamless passage for the passenger. Each driver is issued an RFID card that contains updated information stored on a micro-controller. As the approaches the terminal gate, the RFID reader verifies the card's status. If the card is updated, the gate automatically opens, allowing smooth passage for the passenger. In the event of an outdated card, an alert is triggered on the LCD display accompanied by a buzzer, notifying both the passenger and terminal staff, a camera captures an image of the bus, sending it via email for record-keeping and security purposes. This integrated system ensures streamlined operations and heightened security in rural bus terminals. This integrated system stands as a testament to streamlined operations and heightened security within rural bus terminals. By harnessing RFID technology, it not only ensures efficient boarding for passengers with updated cards but also promptly flags and records any discrepancies, enhancing overall terminal security and management.
