Power system is an intricate network which should be consistent, eco-friendly. Owing to increase in maximum demand and excellence in power makes the obligation on sustainable power in the power system network. In this exploration sunlight based Photo Voltaic (PV) and wind energy system is proposed. Voltage vacillations, stream control, maintenance of power attribute are the vital aspects in a power system arrangement. Consequently the essential objective of this postulation has been set to survey the presentation of a miniature network with STATCOM that utilizes dynamic receptive power and voltage stability. Hence, a PI Controlled STATCOM in Grid associated PV system are created to adequately control the voltage strength with reactive power remuneration. The outcomes of the pi controlled STATCOM device is encouraging and have the capability for voltage stability in micro grids.
