A single-port and four-port Multi-Input-Multi-Output <inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">Multi Port Antenna</inf> (MIMO <inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">MPA</inf> ) antenna with hexagonal geometry fed by tapered feed and modified rectangular ground is reported. The antenna is printed on a thin Rogers substrate of thickness 0.254mm and the four-port version occupies space of 1600mm 2 . The MIMO <inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">MPA</inf> configuration produces a dual-band with Band1 bandwidth of 3.475GHz-19.02GHz and Band2 bandwidth corresponding to 41.99GHz-65.85GHz. The inter-spaced identical radiating elements achieve spatial diversity with isolation of more than 10dB in Band 1 and greater than 32.0dB in Band 2. The bending analysis of single-port at 0°, 15°, 30° and 45° achieves dual-bandwidth (n46, n47, n262, n263) with SAR values of 0.287W/Kg at 5.50GHz, 0.257W/Kg at 5.80GHz, 0.284W/Kg at 48.0GHz and 0.292W/Kg at 60.0GHz. The antenna offers maximum peak gain of 8.77dBi with stable radiation patterns in the four bands.
