A single-port <inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">(N-W)</inf> and two-port offset-feed MIMO <inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">(N-w)</inf> antenna radiating Electromagnetic-energy is presented in this work. A circular slot on elliptical patch forms the radiating patch and a rectangular slot on partial-ground is etched on low permittivity Rogers substrate. The single-port configuration with EM-wave inputachieves narrow-wideband (N-W) bandwidth corresponding to 3.64GHz-4.71GHz and 8.28GHz-964.12GHz. The transformed two-port MIMO <inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">(N-W)</inf> achieves impedance-bandwidth of 3.64GHz-4.19GHz and 8.31GHz-65.20GHz. The MIMO <inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">(N-W)</inf> antenna also offers maximum peak-gain of 16.39dBi and 15.23dBi for single-port with desired stable 2-D radiation patterns at 4.00Ghz and 10.0GHz respectively. The MIMO <inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">(N-W)</inf> -antenna also includes ECC <inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">(N-W)</inf> <0.040, <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">DG(N-W)≈ 10.0dB</tex> , TARC <inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">(N-W)</inf> more than 2.50dB, CCL <inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">(N-W)</inf> <0.0058 b/s/Hz and <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">MEG(N-W)≈-3.0dB</tex> for Ant.A and Ant.B. The wideband includes 5G communication mmWave bands and can be deployed in the above said infrastructure.
