The problem of ensuring the anti-corruption stability of domestic business has long been discussed in the legal scientific environment and at the legislative level. The current system of norms defining the requirements for organizations to implement anti-corruption compliance is of a general nature and does not contain sufficient specific measures to combat corruption crime. An important issue in the development of standards of anti-corruption behavior of business structures in Russia is to encourage organizations to voluntarily introduce internal control mechanisms into their activities and corporate culture, which can significantly reduce the level of corruption within the company and in relation to their counterparties.
