The aim of the 3rd Workshop on Telemedicine and e-Health evolution in the new era of social distancing (TELMED 2024) is to advance the state of the art through an overview of the forefront research and evolution of Telemedicine and e-Health applications.The theme of this edition is "Health and inclusivity in the digital society".Telemedicine and e-Health can take advantage of the current technology evolution in the field of Pervasive Computing, IoT, Artificial Intelligence toward a complex ecosystem that can answer to the needs of improving the life quality of patients and the quality of the received cares.The provision of new medical tools can make easier and safe the access to primary cares for a mass population (including ageing people, chronic patients, but also people living in remote areas that are penalized by the long distances from the medical centers), also providing solutions for the advanced diagnostics, making the access healthcare one of the primary values of a society targeting inclusivity of the population.Furthermore, this third edition is also focused on the widespread need of wellbeing as a reaction of the pandemic period, especially after the announcement of the conclusion of the pandemic phase.
