The goal of this workshop is to bring together the technologies and researchers who share interests in the area of pervasive computation in computing contexts that mix Cloud, Edge and IoT.Its purpose is to promote discussions of research and relevant activities in the design and implementation of reliable, resilient, secure and scalable applications that harness the heterogeneous resources offered in the computing path that originates from the Things, crosses the Edge/Fog and terminates in the Cloud.Also, this workshop stimulated the proposal of problem-specific solutions in the mentioned contexts, as well as the showcase of prototypical solutions experimented both in academia and industry.Papers collected in this international workshop were rigorously reviewed.
