The proposed visually impaired assistance using object, distance, and face identification system aims to help visually impaired people. It uses facial recognition to assist people in identifying their friends and family, as well as object detection with distance estimator to detect potentially threatening objects that may approach them. If a person carrying an object is unfamiliar to the visually impaired, they will be warned. The proposed methodology increases the safety and security of visually impaired people while allowing them to recognize familiar faces. It is an advanced technique to enable people with visual impairments to navigate their surroundings securely and freely.
