This research work presents a wearable UWB-MIMO antenna consisting of two components and an inverted E-shaped stub that functions as a decoupling network. The decoupling structure provides an isolation of <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">< -15dB</tex> across the UWB. A wearable denim material is used as the substrate in the suggested layout, and an inverted E-shaped stub is used as a decoupling structure on the antenna's rear side with a partial ground to improve port isolation. The proposed UWB-MIMO, with dimensions of <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">50× 35× 1.59mm³</tex> , is replicated to include the entire UWB frequency range. The suggested configuration exhibits a diversity gain (DG) exceeding 9.9 and an envelope coefficient of correlation (ECC) below 0.05 throughout the entire band. The antenna works well and is appropriate for wearable applications.
