The research aims to develop an innovative virtual media set for learning renewable energy. Research tools include a teacher's manual, a learning assessment form, and a virtual media package for learning about renewable energy, consisting of solar cell systems, wind power systems, and hydroelectric system simulators. The research process is divided into four steps: 1) studying the principles of virtual media development, 2) defining the designed framework, 3) developing innovative virtual media, and 4) evaluating the media performance. The research findings revealed testing of electricity-generating packages for solar cell power, wind power, and hydropower systems. It can perform close to actual and theoretical working conditions. The five experts' viewpoints on appropriation in utilizing the virtual media set for learning renewable energy were highly suitable, and the ten users' satisfaction was also high level. Finally, the innovative virtual media set for learning renewable energy can be used effectively in the learning and teaching science and technology courses.
