This research paper presents a novel system for the Programmable Logic Controller Programming Interface (PLC), which enables wireless control of industrial process systems through a web application using the ESP-WROOM-32S Wi-Fi microcontroller and Siemens PLC SIMATIC S7-1200 CPU 1215 DC/DC/DC (6ES7215-1AG40-0XB0). The system is designed to facilitate programming in both microcontrollers and industrial process systems, with the ladder command used to control the PLC and create a display page and user work orders. The system architecture involves the ESP-WROOM-32S Wi-Fi receiving commands and transmitting data wirelessly via web applications to the PLC, which processes the data and sends it to the appropriate industrial processes. A graphical display page is generated using the Arduino IDE and HTML commands written in C/C++ with HTML to create a user-friendly interface. To measure the operation of industrial process systems, sensors are employed, and a built-in graphic display is included to ease the operation of the systems. This system offers an effective solution for wireless control of industrial process systems with a user-friendly web interface. The combination of the ESP-WROOM-32S Wi-Fi and Siemens PLC S7-1200 ensures reliable and efficient data transmission, which is critical for the effective operation of industrial process systems. Setting up Node-red to work on the Raspberry Pi requires a good understanding of the Linux system used. The PLC must be set up to open the connection ports to install it on the Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+. Programming on Node-red may also require the installation of additional libraries. Despite these challenges, Node-red offers a variety of styles to choose from in controlling and displaying graphical results.
