During the operation, when the doctor determines the position of the parathyroid gland by observing the fluorescence image, he also needs to refer to the tissues or instruments around the parathyroid gland in the image, and finally determine the position of the parathyroid gland in the tissue through repeated comparison of relative positions. In order to facilitate doctors to obtain the position of parathyroid tissue more directly in the surgical area, the design of this paper uses the projection method to carry out high-light irradiation on the surface of the tissue to make the brightness of the spot where the target is located highlight the environment, and replace the search process with the indication of highlight spot. During the operation, the doctor no longer needs to locate the parathyroid gland on the tissue in a cumbersome and inefficient way, and can quickly obtain the position of the parathyroid gland in the operative area without interrupting the operation.
