A population‐based study conducted in Taiwan has found that use of benzodiazepines during pregnancy increases risk of miscarriage. This increased risk persisted in analyses that were adjusted for multiple confounding variables, the investigators reported. Results were published online Dec. 27, 2023, in JAMA Psychiatry .
