The UAV collision risk under the influence of multiple factors is evaluated for the lack of safety assessment of conflict resolution techniques after UAVs enter the fused airspace. Firstly, considering that the speed or heading adjustment UAVs should make to achieve collision avoidance is explained theoretically, the key factors affecting the positioning error between UAVs and dynamic obstacles in fused airspace are analysed, and hence simulations using Monte Carlo methods are used. Finally, the risk level probability of conflict resolution under different scenarios is calculated, and the minimum safety interval criterion to meet the safety target level is therefore derived. The results show that: 1) Under the same error condition, the serious accidents caused by the speed release strategy are lower than that caused by the heading release; 2) Positioning error of civil aircraft has great influence on obstacle avoidance effect; 3) The minimum permissible safety interval standard of different conflict scenarios under the given error condition is obtained, which can provide theoretical basis for the setting of safety interval of UAVs and civil airliners in airspace integration and electronic fence in the future.
