For private medical facilities to remain viable and continue to grow over time, their strategic positioning is essential.Despite its importance, neither theoretically nor practically, the process of choosing clinic locations has been thoroughly investigated.By outlining a systematic process for choosing the best sites for brand-new private clinics, this research aims to close this gap.Our approach combines the k-means clustering technique with an advanced model comprising Dempster-Shafer Conjunctive Combination Rule (DSCCR), Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), and Two-Dimensional Uncertain Language Variables (2DULVs).In the beginning, we gathered Point of Interest (POI) data inside the target region and created geographic grids using Geographic Information Systems (GIS).By utilizing the k-means clustering technique, we were able to pinpoint ten grid areas that would be good substitutes for setting physical clinics. We then developed an assessment index system and used our integrated model to assign a ranking to these grid areas according to various parameters.Based on our analysis, grids 178, 179, and 202 are more suitable for the growth of the Internet medical company's offline clinic business.Notably, these results are in line with three other fusion methods, highlighting the reliability of our method. This study contributes significantly to the field by helping private clinics make well-informed location decisions. It also offers potential extensions to strategic decision-making in different industries and contexts.Ultimately, this research offers a methodical framework that combines sophisticated clustering methods with all-inclusive assessment models to help private clinics choose their locations strategically. The findings support the Internet medical company's expansion objectives and provide insightful information for future studies on strategic decision-making in a variety of industries. All things considered, this study advances our knowledge of location strategy and how it affects organizational expansion.
