In recent years, there has been significant progress in the advancement of flexible wearable electronics. Achieving accurate sensing is crucial in applying flexible ionization sensors to real-world scenarios. Currently, constructing gradient stiffness structures is an effective method to obtain a linear response, but limited by the preparation method, it falls short of achieving excellent sensitivity or response range. Alternatively, flexible iontronic sensors possess exceptional sensitivity due to their bilayer effect. Therefore, this paper presents a combination of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) nanofibers with iongels to construct sensors with gradient stiffness. This innovative approach achieved a linear response in the range of 0–1000 kPa with high sensitivity (S=582.08 kPa −1 , R 2 =98.5). This development opens up new possibilities for the advancement of flexible electronic sensors, which are anticipated to play a significant role in fields such as wearable devices.
