Key Clinical Message Spinal cord compression from non‐Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) should be considered as a potential diagnosis in cases of acute signs of myelopathy in pediatric patients. Considering NHL as a differential diagnosis in pediatric patients presenting with spinal cord compression is crucial for optimizing the outcome of these patients.
