Variation in branches of the common hepatic artery with the origin of the right replaced hepatic artery was found in a 70 years old male cadaver in the Department of Anatomy, SHKM Govt. Medical College, Nalhar (Mewat) Haryana. The dorsal pancreatic arteries were also found to originate from the common hepatic artery instead of the splenic artery. The anatomy and course of variation are described. Knowledge of these variations can be useful in hepatobiliary surgeries, pancreatic surgeries, and liver transplantation.
