Objective: To evaluate the Accessibility attribute in women's conception of gynecological care in a Basic Health Unit in the Federal District, Brazil. Method: This is an exploratory, cross-sectional descriptive study with a quantitative approach. Results: They showed that the attribute of accessibility in Primary Health Care is still a major conflict, and several problems persist, such as geographic barriers and difficult access by the organization of the service, which highlights the need to break the ordinary care practices that make difficult entry, access, reception and transmission of information. Conclusion: It is necessary to organize more inclusive forms of healthcare offerings, which aim to provide a quality welcome, with a holistic view of the person as a whole, fundamental for better organization of the healthcare service system in healthcare regions.
