We present the case of a 39-year-old woman with no prevalent diseases, who presented with exertional dyspnoea and episodes of stridor. She was seen by an ear nose-throat specialist and with suspected stenosis of the airway on endoscopic examination was referred to Pneumology Department. A chest CT confirmed the subglottic stenosis ([Abb. 1]).
