The article is dedicated to highlighting the components of the technology of forming tolerance of future experts in the field of education while studying under the educational program "Organization of the educational process: management and expertise". In the course of the experimental study, theoretical methods were used – analysis of psychological, pedagogical and professional literature on the research problem, and empirical methods – pedagogical observation of students' educational and cognitive activities, survey of participants in the educational process. In the course of the analysis of psychological, pedagogical and professional literature, it was established that tolerance as a feature of a civilized society is characterized by acceptance and respect for other people's choices, for the individual characteristics of others and their opinions. That is why the formation of such a trait is an important component of the education of future experts in the field of education in general and, in particular, specialists in the expertise of the educational and management process of the educational institutions. The study resulted in the following conclusions. Firstly, to achieve the research goal, the authors of the study used five situational methods of working with the undergraduate students of the educational program to promote tolerance: a) participation of the students of the educational program in ongoing international projects; b) involvement of the students of the educational program in the organization of scientific work; c) participation of the undergraduate students in scientific seminars of the Interdisciplinary Scientific Center for Applied Research; d) development of the elective course "Methodological Foundations of Gender Mainstreaming" by the undergraduate students; e) participation of the undergraduate students in the summer school "Training on Gender Equality". Secondly, the authors of the study determined that the use of situational methods of working with the undergraduate students to build tolerance does not guarantee an increase in the level of tolerance education in the subjects of study, but is likely and allows us to assert the fact of the formation of a space of tolerance for the undergraduate students of the educational program. Thirdly, the authors suggested that the probability of increasing the level of tolerance education may be high in the case of the formation and implementation of such a space of tolerance for the undergraduate students of the educational program before their master's studies and after their master's studies while carrying out their professional duties as an expert in the field of education.
