Credo Denise Duhamel (bio) and Maureen Seaton (bio) We believe in one gorgonzola, the cracker, the almond;in all cheeses, floral and herbaceous, complex, creamy, & crumbly. We believe in one quiche Lorraine the brunch of all brunches, pie of all pies, savory and loaded with bacon, onions, & nutmeg, truly homemade crust with butter and a rolling pin, not frozen, and a silky center. We believe in the mango on its tree of life. Through its juices all things, all things are made, all love restored, all thirst quenched in its sweet deliciousness as though the very branch it grew upon was heavenand all creation waits faithfully below to catch it when it falls.
