The Future 5G networks need to be carefully designed and consistently monitored. Research on hybrid cell architectures—which combine large and tiny cells—aims to improve interference management and implementation. To handle changing network issues like Fluctuating Network Traffic, Network Scaling, and Environmental Factors it's crucial to effectively address dynamic challenges and optimize network performance in response to evolving conditions. This study presents a novel Dual-Mode cell planning with paging monitoring architecture. It combines enhanced data transfer, localized coverage, high capacity, and broad coverage with a smooth integration of macro-cell and small-cell architectures. The two-mode architecture places emphasis on achieving a balanced and harmonic response to a variety of network requirements. Using Dynamic Paging Parameter Adjustment (DPPA), and Co-ordination and Handover Optimization (CHO) Technique, the suggested paging monitoring structure effectively handles paging jobs in a heterogeneous 5G network and Beyond 5G (B5G). The paper delves into the intricate design, features, and expected outcomes of this Dual-Mode approach, emphasizing minimal latency, efficient resource utilization, and enhanced user experience. It also shows how this approach can potentially transform network infrastructure into an efficient, flexible, and future-proof communication network.
