With the wide application of inertial navigation system in aviation, spaceflight and navigation, the accuracy and reliability of the navigation system also put forward higher requirements. The reliability, safety and survivability of the navigation system can be greatly improved by redundancy design. Therefore, under the premise that the accuracy and reliability of inertial sensors cannot be improved rapidly, the study of redundant inertial navigation system is of great significance. This article proposes a novel redundant inertial navigation structure based on high-precision accelerometers, 4-order single-axis rotation scheme, 16-order dual-axis rotation scheme are demonstrated, and simulation experiments are carried out for different rotational modulation combination schemes of the redundant inertial navigation system, which provide theoretical references for the practical engineering applications.
