The retina is an extension of the central nervous system. The degenerative changes of retinal nerve fibers and optic nerve are expected to become important auxiliary criteria for early diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease. OCT optical coherence tomography has a wide range of applications in clinical ophthalmology. This article uses deep convolutional networks to study OCT images. By classifying OCT images, early screening for Alzheimer's disease can be performed and the accuracy of screening can be improved. This method can make retinal OCT image screening a new approach to assist in the early diagnosis and treatment of AD.
