The article discusses a beam steering system that can be used in the development of phased array antennas with ferrite phase shifters. The aim of the study is to find technical solutions for creating a beam steering system based on FPGA and high-speed MOSFET switches. A description of the scheme for constructing a beam steering system and specialized software for it is presented. The beam steering system provides the formation of control pulses of variable polarity and duration, and is also characterized by a flexible structure that allows it to be adapted for antenna arrays with different numbers of phase shifters.
