Close attention is paid to the powers of the Constitutional Court, including it in the legislative, referendum, electoral processes, the process of removing the President from office, and constitutional modernization. The conclusion is drawn about a significant expansion of the scope and transformation of the role of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus.
