Purpose: There are many things to consider about the context when building new extensions or new construction in areas of historical significance. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to identify the realistic trends being handled in the historical preservation district of New York City, which is in an advanced city, and to guide the concept of building planning that will occur in the future.
