Public Interest in Commercial NFC (Near Field Communication) Service in Indonesia

The use of electronic payment systems is commonly used nowadays, so this is brought about changes in various aspects of life. The existence of electronic money is in line with Bank Indonesia's work program aimed at creating a Less Cash Society (LCS). Commercial NFC services exist as an alternative to organizing electronic money systems. This research was conducted to gain an overview of the public interest and variables that influence interest in commercial NFC services. This research use Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) analysis with SmartPLS application for test the hypothesis. The final results are expected to be able to increase interest in using Commercial NFC services for any commercial payment in Indonesia and improve the services needed for use Commercial NFC.
