This study discusses the evaluation of information security at Benyamin Guluh Kolaka Hospital Using the KAMI Index 4.2 with ISO 27001:2013. This study emphasizes two areas of the KAMI Index 4.2 assessment, namely the first area of information security governance, and the second area of technology and information security. This study aims to determine the level of completeness and maturity of information security by evaluating the KAMI Index 4.2 with ISO 27001: 2013 standardization on Benyamin Guluh Kolaka's SIM-RS service. The results of this study indicate that the level of completeness and maturity of information security is still at level II, which means it is still classified as "Not Eligible". In this study, the authors found several existing gaps following ISO 27001: 2013 standards and recommendations have been given for the improvement of the Benyamin Guluh Kolaka Hospital.
