Based on the investigation and summary of the performance parameters of mainstream collaborative robots in the market at home and abroad, the performance indicators and design principles were formulated according to the functional requirements of man-machine collaboration scenarios in the field of light industry. The configuration analysis was carried out with the method of "arm-wrist separation", and the three-dimensional design software Solidworks was used to select and design each component. Finally, a six degree of freedom collaborative robot model similar to UR is assembled. Through the analysis of the virtual prototype technology parameters such as mass, center of gravity, on this basis, a selection method of joint structure and transmission system based on the modular concept was proposed, and the selection and strength check of key components such as motors and reducers were completed. And the Finite Element Analysis software is used to verify and analyze the rationality of the material and structure of the body, and complete the system design of the mechanical part of the cooperative robot.
