Research on Application of Computer BIM in Prefabricated Building Information System

The Navisworks software in BIM technology is used to integrate and browse the engineering project, and the data structure of the engineering project is given. Navisworks was used for modeling and 3D display. A large-scale building 3D simulation system is established by using CAD solid modeling method. A 3D simulation image of the building was drawn using Navisworks visualization software. Then, the regulation algorithm of energy cost increase of prefabricated buildings based on life cycle is studied. The project cost is predicted by using BIM technology and grey system principle. A dynamic cost management model is established by integrating with the obtained increment index, and the correlation law between various cost growth indexes is obtained by using this model. The model is improved according to relevant strategies. In this way, energy consumption and cost growth in the whole construction process can be controlled. Experiments show that the 3D simulation images of large-scale buildings built by this system have higher definition and lower computing time.
