Digital Transformation plays a major role in ensuring that consumers are able to experience a higher quality of services that they receive from the government. Perceptions of quality can be measured from different themes such as the extent of innovation, adaptability of frameworks and systems, mobility and integration of services, extent of data analysis as well as the trust and confidence levels that the consumers have. The focus of report is to be able to analyze as to how the digital transformation seen in e-services such as movement from merely the usage of these services through websites to the using these services in high-end applications has allowed for consumers to experience a positive attitude, belief in these services and a higher intention to use them. Through the use of semi-structured interviews conducted considering of different managers from the chosen organizations of Ministry of Health and Prevention, Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority, Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization in the UAE as well as Du, the findings have been developed in terms of how different changes have led to an impact on consumer experience. Based on these, three different recommendations have made in the study relating to increased optimization of resources and integration, user-friendliness in mobile applications as well as catering to a wider audience group through these services.
