Intention to Use ChatGPT from Healthcare Workers: Jordan Case Study

ChatGPT has become a technological trend in this era. Adopting ChatGPT in healthcare enhanced teamwork communication and collaboration. The study aims to develop a model and examine the factors affecting healthcare workers when using ChatGPT. Several studies have been done to investigate the intention and adoption of using ChatGPT in many sectors. Nevertheless, no studies were conducted to review the perception and intention of using ChatGPT in healthcare. The present study aims to fill this gap using the Technology Acceptance Model, where anxiety and trust factors are added to the model. The study uses a quantitative method. The survey method will employ Google Forms in the data collection process. The Partial Least Square Structural Model also is used to analyze the collected data, physicians will be participated in this study, who are working in private hospitals which located in Amman, Jordan. In conclusion, the TAM model will be used to evaluate the effectiveness of ChatGPT on healthcare workers' activities.
