This research investigates the impact of big data analytics capabilities (BDAC's) on decision-making (DM) in the Jordanian telecommunications sector. Big data analytics capabilities pertain to an organization's capacity to collect, integrate, classify, manage, and analyze large datasets, thereby enabling data-driven decision-making. A purposive sampling technique was employed, resulting in a sample of 248 top-level, middle-level, and operational managers. Data was collected through questionnaires, and 183 suitable responses were analyzed using statistical methods, including descriptive statistics and multiple regressions. The findings reveal a significant positive relationship between big data analytics capabilities and decision-making within the telecommunications sector. Technology capability emerged as the most influential factor, followed by management and personnel expertise capabilities. Based on these results, telecommunications companies are advised to prioritize the implementation of big data analytics capabilities to enhance their decision-making and extract valuable insights from their data resources.
